sports trophies

Every year we held different sporting event tournaments with hundreds of people taking part every summer. The sports ranged from tennis and cricket to football and darts. It has always been a successful event with part of the money raised going to charity. The weather was fantastic on the day, the sun was shining and there was a slight breeze to cool you down. After the tournaments ended, there was a prize giving ceremony and a meal at a local restaurant. We had been using the same supplier of sportstrophies for years but they had become really expensive. We started to look elsewhere and were told about a shop in Eccles that had been established a long time and had a huge range of sports trophies. I went in to see them to look at the trophies available and to get a quote. Lennard Trophies was much cheaper than our current supplier and the trophies and engraving looked to be of a higher quality too. We placed our order a few weeks before the next tournament and the sports trophies arrived in good time. After the event, people even came up to me and commented on how nice the trophies were. I will definitely be using Lennard Trophies to supply our sports trophies for our next event.

glass awards

We had a prize giving ceremony coming up and wanted to get extra special glass awards this year. We wanted to use a new supplier as our old one had a rather limited stock. We went online and searched for glass awards that could be engraved. We found a few sites that had an engraving service too but the one that had the most eye-catching glass awards was Lennard Trophies. The images showed the awards off well and there was plenty of information available. I placed the order online and the glass awards arrived within 6 days. They had been engraved beautifully and really shined. They came up very nicely in the official photos that were taken too. These went in the local newspaper!

crystal awards

We held tennis tournaments every year and this year we had a sponsor so we decided to spend some of the money on crystal awards. Every other year we just had trophies but we thought we would do something a bit different this year. We didn't know where to look for crystal awards so we went online to see what the prices were like, the different sizes available and the types of crystal. There were so many sites to choose from but we narrowed it down to a few that looked promising. The one we ended up going with had so many different sized awards and they offered custom engraving which was a bonus for us. We didn't want to delay the process by having to take the award somewhere else to be engraved. The crystal awards that we bought in the end were tall with a globe on the top. The crystal awards arrived and looked fantastic, they really shone and the engraving was very professional looking. We were glad that we had made the right choice of crystal and font for the engraving. At the prize giving ceremony, everyone commented on how attractive the crystal awards were and the winners were very impressed!

sports medals

Three times a year, we held dance competitions at our dance school in Manchester. The children who attended the dance school ranged from the ages of 3 to 18 years old. We teach all different styles of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Modern. The competitions included dancers from local dance schools and we were always in charge of sourcing the medals. We found a shop that sells medals, trophies and awards. The sports medals were attractive, the ribbon available was varied and the prices were competitive! We ordered 500 medals and 4 trophies for each of the dance styles. The dance competition was a great success and the dancers thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They raise the bar every year, it is amazing how professional they all were. The sports medals were presented to them at the end of the competition and photos were taken. The trophies were then awarded to the best dance in each style. Our dance school won one of the trophies for Tap which we are really proud of! The sports medals looked great and the different coloured ribbons were a nice touch, as opposed to the ones we used to buy.

sports shields

The wood presentation shields which were presented at our last competition were excellent. The wood was a rich colour and the engraving had been done superbly. We heard about Bill Lennard through a friend who had bought from him for years. We phoned them up and asked about their sports shields. They certainly had an extensive range of trophies, awards and shields. We chose some which were made of Mahogany and came complete with struts and a box which was a nice touch. The sports shields were very good value and the engraving was very reasonable too. They arrived in good time and had been packaged securely. The contestants were excited to see what the shields looked like this year as the competition had become more and more successful each year. The awards and sports shields also became more impressive each year! The winners were very happy with their shields.
